Thoughts on 3rd weigh in
I lost 3.4 pounds this week. Not bad,but not my goal of 5. I have a million excuses,but plain and simple...I slacked this week. I didn't get up and swim like I have been because it was too cold,and I didn't work out as hard. I didn't eat the best either. I have to get back on track and try again next week. I really need to focus if I want to reach my goal by the end of this contest.
