Thoughts on 2nd weigh in.

This week I lost 6.4 pounds. I am very happy! My goal for each week is 5 pounds so anything beyond that is great! I have been swimming a couple mornings a week and then I try to get to Planet Fitness at night. I haven't been working out every single day. I don't want to "burn out" but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I love how I feel after a good workout. Everyone always said " You feel good,it becomes addicting" and I never believed it,until now.
