4th weigh in

This week I lost 0 pounds! I worked out the same,actually a little more. I am hoping it was just a fluke thing and I will be back on track this week. It's really frustrating to work out so hard and think you are doing good,then see that same number pop up on the scale. I think I may have jinxed myself by saying that 5 pounds was my goal for each week. I think from this point forward I am just going to focus on eating right,working out and just being smart about the choices I make everyday. Then no matter what the scale says I won't feel so bad if the number isn't exactly what I was hoping for. I have noticed a difference in how my clothes are fitting. I can put on my jeans that were too tight just a few weeks ago! That's such a great feeling!
