6th and 7th Weigh in
I haven't been losing like I thought I would be. I'm not quite sure why. I have been working out and eating right but the weight just isn't coming off! It's very frustrating, but I know if I keep doing what I have been it will start coming off again. In any case I do feel better,mentally and physically so that's all that matters. I feel very confident that this is just the start of a new way of living for me and my family!

Thoughts on 5th Weigh in
This week I lost 6 pounds. I am very happy and was not expecting that big of a number. I worked out hard but I drank A LOT more water so maybe that was the key. The days since the weigh in have been really busy and I haven't been to the gym like I should be.
